Cave Sanctuary

A safe, glowing cave behind a waterfall. Crystals, warmth, deep inwardness.

Cave Sanctuary takes you behind a waterfall to a dry room where the walls glow from crystals and the air is always warm. You are asked to sit still and look at the stone, listening to the water falling outside.

The session repeats the feeling of being underground and safe from the world.

You step behind a tall waterfall into a cave that glows with a light of its own making. The air is warm and the ground is level, with crystals sitting quietly in the walls.

It is a place where the noise of the day is cut off by the falling water outside.

What’s in it

Why do it

Beaches, forests, mountains, gardens, rivers, meadows.

Why going here does anything

A space that does not change gives the mind less to chase, and the crystals offer a single point of light to settle on.

The deep inwardness comes from the shape of the stone, which holds you in a way that is both solid and still. You do not have to look for the way out because the waterfall marks the edge for you.
