Cosmic & Transpersonal

Guided Akashic records meditation

Not a library with shelves but an ocean of light, and you drift through it without walls, reading what was never only yours.

You float in an ocean of light rather than a room with shelves, and the view is of things that were never only yours.

The journey asks you to drift without walls and to let the sense of vastness do the work of holding your attention. There is no need to read anything in particular.

A boundless ocean of light replaces the usual idea of a library. You drift without walls or floors in a place where the boundary between you and the rest of it is very thin.

Nothing here asks you to be sensible or to sort things into categories, just to see what appears as you move.

Where this place comes from

The image of an ocean of light as a boundless record appears across many contemplative traditions. In place of the usual library with shelves, this form offers infinite expansion without fixed reference points.

The practice of viewing thoughts as drifting motes in a luminous field has roots in both meditation techniques and modern therapeutic imagery.

The emphasis on vastness rather than structure makes it adaptable to different needs.

Questions people ask

Will I get stuck in the light?

The audio includes a closing stage that gently brings your awareness back to the room. You can also open your eyes or stop the session at any time.

What if I fall asleep while drifting?

The journey is designed to be experienced while awake, but if you doze off, you'll simply stop hearing the audio. There's no need to worry about getting stuck.

Do I need to believe in the Akashic Records?

No. The light ocean is simply a focus for attention. Whether you take it as metaphor or something more makes no difference to the experience.

Is the light real or am I imagining it?

The light exists as a focus in your attention. Like daydreaming, it's both real in experience and created by your mind - and both are fine.

Where it sits

Starfields, light tunnels, inner universes, and the quiet space beyond a single self.

These go further than the calmer journeys. You stay in control the whole time, and you can stop any time by opening your eyes and breathing. New to this? The journeys below are a softer place to start.

Why going here does anything

Vastness has a way of making personal details feel very small, and looking at light that has no edges gives the eyes nothing specific to fix upon.

The session spends its time on that sense of drifting, letting the rhythm of the breath match the slow drift through the glow.
