Astral Expeditions
Starseed meditation
Follow the thread that runs from your chest out into the night sky, and find the star it is tied to.
You start by finding a thread that runs out of your body and upwards, which you follow to find the star waiting for you in deep space. The path leads away from the room and into a place where that star shines.
You spend the whole time travelling along the line and looking at the light.
A thread runs out from the centre of your chest and up into the night sky. It pulls you away from the ground and past the moon until a single star is waiting there for you.
This place has no gravity and no walls, just the quiet of a long distance being travelled without any effort at all.
What’s in it
A journey from your chest out into the sky, and a star that waits for you.
Why do it
Following a thread into space allows the imagination to wander freely, making the mind more receptive.

Where it sits
Bolder inner voyages: astral travel, time travel, distant worlds, and quiet contact.
These go further than the calmer journeys. You stay in control the whole time, and you can stop any time by opening your eyes and breathing. New to this? The journeys below are a softer place to start.
Why going here does anything
The mind likes having a single line to follow because it stops looking for other things to do. Tracking a path all the way out into space keeps the attention occupied with a journey that never asks for a decision.
That steady focus on the thread and the star is what this time is spent rehearsing.
