Spirit & Myth
Wise Elder Council
Wise Elder Council begins with you standing on ancient, immovable ground, feeling the solid earth beneath your feet.
This session puts you in a place that feels ancient and immovable. You begin by standing on soil and grit, noticing the irregularities under your soles that anchor you to the spot.
From there, you walk a gentle slope lined with smooth, round pebbles, and only then does the world open up into a vast, flat plateau.
You start on a surface that seems to have supported countless steps, a ground of rich soil and scattered stones.
This gives way to a soft incline where you walk on pebbles polished by time, their rhythmic crunch underfoot the only sound. The path leads to a large, level summit where the air feels thin and sharp.
What’s in it
You walk a path of smooth pebbles up a gentle slope to a vast, silent plateau under a pale blue sky.
Why do it
This journey is a practice for seeking perspective by connecting with a sense of vastness and quiet significance.

Where this place comes from
The path to wisdom through altitude is an old device, found in mountain myths and the steps of temples. It trades the effort of ascent for a vantage that lets thought breathe.
The council itself is an open shape—figures present but undefined, their silence doing more than speech might. This keeps the image from becoming a conversation when it needs to be a space.
Questions people ask
What if I fall asleep?
The journey loops back naturally; you'll hear the return walk whenever you surface.
Do I have to see the figures?
They're suggestions of form, not portraits; how they appear is how they appear.
Is this a real place?
The ground and the climb are solidly built; what you make of the plateau is yours.
Will I get stuck up there?
The script always walks you back the way you came, as the light changes.
Where it sits
Spirit guides, wise elders, ancient temples, and the worlds held in old stories.
These go further than the calmer journeys. You stay in control the whole time, and you can stop any time by opening your eyes and breathing. New to this? The journeys below are a softer place to start.
Why going here does anything
The mind is kept busy with a simple, physical progression, from the solid press of the ground to the rhythmic crunch of polished pebbles.
A long climb that ends on an expansive plateau gives attention a clear direction until it does not need one anymore. The pebbles underfoot and the grass brushing your ankles are easy things for a mind to hold.
Before you press play
- Not the right session right now if any of these are live for you: psychosis, or a diagnosis on the psychosis spectrum.
- 18+. Age floor set in the catalogue, not by us on the day.
- The way back is built in. The return walk retraces the physical path exactly, with twilight marking the way back down.
Hypnosis is not for everyone. If you have epilepsy, a psychotic illness, or you are under psychiatric care, talk to your clinician before using this — here or anywhere.
