Regression & Memory

Age regression meditation

Not looking back with adult eyes - being that age again, at that height, in that body, for a whole good day from waking to dark.

The best day you had at seven or ten is still in there, and this one goes back inside it rather than looking at it from across the years.

You are that age again, at that height, with the whole day ahead and nothing in it that has to be done.

There was a stretch of childhood where an afternoon was enormous, and one good game could hold more than a year does now.

Most people can name the best day, or something near enough to it - a summer, a house, a particular patch of ground. It is usually still there in more detail than you expect.

The Best Day You Had Route

You shed the adult years like a coat and drift back through time to land softly in childhood.

The day unfolds around you — waking small, breakfast smells, the backyard's vastness — until dark settles and returns you.

  • Morning bedcool air on dangling feet
  • Kitchen soundssizzling bacon, popping toast
  • Outdoor aircut grass and damp earth
  • Evening returnsheets cool, covers tucked tight

The way through

  1. Shedding years

    adult weight falls away

  2. Small in bed

    feet dangling, new height

  3. Kitchen giants

    counters tower, aromas bloom

  4. Backyard expanse

  5. Dark returns

    cocooned, half-asleep again

Where this place comes from

Regression to childhood scenes is a classic hypnosis pattern for accessing unselfconscious states.

The twist here lies in inhabiting rather than observing — trading memory's vantage point for the original scale and senses.

It avoids nostalgia by keeping the day's physics intact: counters loom, beds feel vast, and time moves at a child's pace until exhausted sleep claims you.

Questions people ask

Will I get stuck as a child?

The script returns you to bed as night falls, the same way real childhood days ended.

What if I don't remember details?

The journey supplies sensations like grass underfoot or kitchen smells — you provide the feel.

Is this real time travel?

It's your nervous system running childhood programs at original intensity, nothing more or less.

Why focus on feeling small?

Scale is memory's anchor — counters that loomed then recapture how space held possibility.

Where it sits

Past lives, childhood moments, and a younger self met with time and care.

These go further than the calmer journeys. You stay in control the whole time, and you can stop any time by opening your eyes and breathing. New to this? The journeys below are a softer place to start.

Why going here does anything

Ordinary memory work looks back with adult eyes and keeps its distance.

This one drops the distance: the years come off and you are inside the best day rather than reviewing it, at the wrong height in the right way, hungry and then fed, hot and then cool.

It ends the way those days ended - too soon, in the dark, already half asleep.

Before you press play

  • 13+. Age floor set in the catalogue, not by us on the day.
  • Regression never runs short. Ask for Short or Medium and the app builds Long anyway, so the bridge and the integration have room.
  • The way back is built in. The script loops back through the anchor of bed, first as a launch then as a return.

Hypnosis is not for everyone. If you have epilepsy, a psychotic illness, or you are under psychiatric care, talk to your clinician before using this — here or anywhere.
