Thresholds

Past life regression meditation

No mist and no bridge of feeling. A long corridor, many doors, and you open the one that has been waiting - arriving mid-life, mid-afternoon, mid-sentence.

A long hallway runs ahead with many doors set into the walls. You walk until one specific door stands out and then you step through it to see what is waiting inside.

The scene is quiet and nothing here is misty or vague.

A straight corridor with wood panels underfoot and a series of wooden doors on either side. You simply walk along the hallway and notice each door until one asks to be opened.

There is no bridge to cross and you do not have to guess what is on the other side.

What you set before it starts

How do you choose the door?

The one that pulls at me · The oldest one there · Whichever is nearest

Timeline: Start to Finish

The standard-length build, block by block — the real sequence the app assembles, described rather than spoken.

6 of the 6 stages are named techniques with a published origin, credited under each.

  1. InductionStage 14 min

    Dave Elman Induction

Rapid clinical induction. Eye lock, fractionated relaxation, hand-drop, mind-relaxation. Effective in 2-5 minutes.

    After Dave Elman, Hypnotherapy (1964)

  2. InductionStage 25 min

    Fractionation

Brief micro-wakings followed by re-induction. Each cycle deepens trance significantly.

After Ledochowski, Deep Trance Training Manual

  3. DeepenerStage 33 min

    Color Sequence (Rainbow)

Move through the colors of the spectrum, each one deepening the trance.

    After Quantum Hypnosis Scripts (Starr)

  4. DeepenerStage 43 min

    Cloud Mist Sinking

Sinking into soft clouds or warm mist. Dissolving, ethereal, very sleepy.

After Awakening Transformation Academy, Guided Meditations for Deep Sleep

  5. JourneyStage 5about 22 min

    The Corridor of Doors

No mist and no bridge of feeling. A long corridor, many doors, and you open the one that has been waiting - arriving mid-life, mid-afternoon, mid-sentence.

  6. AwakeningStage 62 min

    Calm Alert Awakening

Awake and present, but calm rather than energized. Good for evening or pre-meeting use.

    After Yapko, Trancework

Where it sits

Liminal places that carry their own rhythm: a night train, the deep ocean, one bell fading, the middle of a crossing.

Why going here does anything

Walking a long corridor gives the body a simple rhythm of movement and stopping. Choosing a door gives the mind a single small task that keeps it here rather than drifting off.

The hallway is a quiet place for attention to settle before you turn the handle and step inside.

Before you press play

  • 16+. Age floor set in the catalogue, not by us on the day.
  • Regression never runs short. Ask for Short or Medium and the app builds Long anyway, so the bridge and the integration have room.

Hypnosis is not for everyone. If you have epilepsy, a psychotic illness, or you are under psychiatric care, talk to your clinician before using this — here or anywhere.
