Regression & Memory
Inner child meditation
You float in a golden ocean of amber light before seeing a white house in a meadow.
You begin by sinking into a boundless ocean of golden light, a place of pure weightlessness and warmth. The session then guides you to a sunlit meadow where a white house with a porch swing waits.
Nothing here asks you to do anything difficult, only to let the light carry you and to notice what is there.
The journey starts in a thick, viscous sea of amber light where you float, feeling the warmth move through you.
From this golden ocean, you are carried toward a new scene: a white house under a midday sun, with a wooden swing on its porch moving gently in the light. The place is still, neat, and waiting.
What’s in it
The session guides you through a radiant amber void towards a white house with a wooden swing.

The Inner Child Reunion Route
You sink into a thick, amber ocean that holds you weightless and warm, then carry toward a bright horizon where the light opens into a midday sky.
A meadow of tall grass leads to a white house on a slight rise. A wooden swing on the porch rocks gently in the still air.

Where this place comes from
The image of a childhood house is a standard container in guided imagery: a structure that stands for safety, memory and a part of the self that existed before complication.
The initial golden void acts as a descent, narrowing attention down to one sensation before the scene appears. The swing moving by itself is a classic threshold image — something already in motion before you arrive.
Whatever you make of where the material comes from, the shape of the trip is old: descend, meet, rest, return.
Questions people ask
What if I fall asleep during the descent?
The golden ocean stage is designed to hold you in suspension. If you drift off, the warmth carries you until the scene naturally shifts or the session ends.
Do I need to visualise the house clearly?
No. The script offers details to give the place texture, but a vague sense of a white structure and a moving swing is enough for the image to work.
Is the child in the house real or imagined?
Both, and it does not matter. The house is a container for attention and memory; what you find there is drawn from your own mind, which is real enough for the purpose of resting in it.
Will I get stuck in the imagery?
The warm mist that rises at the end is a deliberate mechanism: it dissolves the house and meadow layer by layer so you are never dropped back from a vivid scene without a buffer.
Where it sits
Past lives, childhood moments, and a younger self met with time and care.
These go further than the calmer journeys. You stay in control the whole time, and you can stop any time by opening your eyes and breathing. New to this? The journeys below are a softer place to start.
Why going here does anything
A mind holding one simple image, like a swing moving by itself, is not holding many complicated ones. The initial descent into golden light settles attention with a single sensation of warmth and weightlessness.
The later scene gives that settled attention a very clear, quiet place to rest, with nothing to steer or fix.
Before you press play
- This one asks for a bit of care. In the app it opens with a consent step before anything plays.
- Not the right session right now if any of these are live for you: psychosis, or a diagnosis on the psychosis spectrum; severe dissociation; active thoughts of suicide or self-harm.
- 18+. Age floor set in the catalogue, not by us on the day.
- Regression never runs short. Ask for Short or Medium and the app builds Long anyway, so the bridge and the integration have room.
- The way back is built in. The warm mist that rises to dissolve the scene acts as a gentle buffer, dissolving the house and meadow before you return so you do not leave the imagery abruptly.
Hypnosis is not for everyone. If you have epilepsy, a psychotic illness, or you are under psychiatric care, talk to your clinician before using this — here or anywhere.
